The Anti Collision Device With Reflect 0–3 Meter is an advanced electro-optical anti-collision safety system engineered by CMK Electro Power to prevent catastrophic collisions between two or more overhead cranes sharing the same runway track, or between a crane and end-stops. Utilizing infrared/laser modulated beam sensing and high-efficiency optical retro-reflectors, the system features a dual-stage safety circuit: Stage 1 triggers an audible warning and slows the crane down; Stage 2 trips the motion contactor to bring the crane to a complete stop before physical impact. Rated IP65 for harsh industrial atmospheres.
